The Samuel Amegayie family received training and the following supplies to help raise a tree nursery: 2,000 poly grower bags, 3,000 trees seeds, and all necessary tools. Donations of 600 pair of shoes from donors made this all possible. The family filled their poly grower bags with compost prepared, arranged, and germinated with local materials. Within one year, the Samuel Amegayie family will start enjoying the many benefits from the trees including: food, medicine, fodder, fiber, fuel wood, biochar and regenerating their family farmland through the leaves of the trees.
